Your own store inside Telegram

DropShop gives you your own store inside Telegram: a store page, checkout, payment in GRAM (TON) or USDT, order handling, and messages from our bots. It is run by DropShop Inc.

No. We do not list your store anywhere or show it next to other stores. Buyers reach it through your store link or store code, which you share yourself.

Anyone with a Telegram account. One Telegram account has one store.

There is no charge to sign up and no monthly charge. Each order carries two platform fees: 1% paid by the buyer on top of your price, and 1% from your side. Both are fixed when the order is placed, and every order in your dashboard shows its fee.

In GRAM (TON) or USDT, from Telegram Wallet or another TON wallet app, without leaving Telegram. You set your prices in your own currency, and checkout converts them at the rate shown. Buyers use their Telegram account, so there is nothing for them to sign up for.

The money for an order is held until the order completes. Then it is yours to cash out to your own wallet, by hand or automatically. Your first cash-out waits 48 hours, counted from your first completed sale.

A buyer has 24 hours to pay. An unpaid order is then cancelled and its items go back on sale. You have 7 days to accept or decline a paid order. If you do neither, the order is cancelled, you are charged your fee on it, and a warning is recorded on your store.

If a buyer cancels a paid order before you accept it, they get their payment back less both fees, and nothing is charged to you. If you decline a paid order, the buyer gets their full payment back and you pay both fees. If you cancel an order you have already accepted, the buyer gets their full payment back and you pay 5% of the order total. A completed order is final.

Each store chooses what it offers: pickup, drop-off in an area the store sets, or postal delivery. The store arranges the handover itself, and the buyer follows the order in Telegram.

Problems with an order, such as a late or wrong delivery, are settled between the store and the buyer first. If you need us, contact DropShop support.

We only collect what an order or a store needs to work. Personal details on an order, such as a buyer's name and address, are deleted automatically 60 days after the order finishes, and a drop-off point on the map after 7 days. You can delete your data yourself at any time from the app. Sales and payment records are kept for accounting, and payments on the TON blockchain are public. The privacy policy has the full list.
